What's not to love about a little boy who will drop whatever he is doing when he hears the sound of the street sweeper coming down the road? He races to the window and yells "Stweet sweep-ah! It's comin'! It's comin'!"
Free entertainment of the big equipment type is frequent in these parts. We have the frequent fall street sweeper/leaf sucker trucks, the never-ending parade of diggers working on the construction project across the street, and of course there's the school nearby that releases a stream of buses every day at 3:30. Ah, to be (almost!) two, and so easily entertained.
