Ella always wants to go exercise with me, and when I finally relented this weekend, we discovered that not only can she keep up with me, she can outpace me a lot of the time. Bonus to our joint workout was enjoying a January day without coats and having real conversations with my girl that were uninterrupted by pesky little brothers (as she would say).
